Job summary

CWILL is seeking its first US-based platform PM to transform data, AI, and infrastructure into a merchant-ready platform. You will partner with the Platform Engineering team, define cross-product customer journeys, and shape the AI Agent use cases while co-owning GTM strategy and execution.

In this role you’ll work directly with US mid-market Shopify merchants, validate use cases with lighthouse customers, and drive a unified platform experience across multiple CWILL products.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of product experience
• 2+ years building AI/LLM-powered products
• Experience in multi-product customer platforms
• Ability to turn ambiguous feedback into a roadmap
• Strong written communication across time zones

Responsibilities

• Define cross-product customer journeys across CWILL products
• Design AI Agent use cases and task definitions
• Co-own GTM strategy and platform packaging decisions
• Partner with Sales and CS to validate use cases with lighthouse customers
• Translate merchant problems into crisp platform requirements for engineering
