Job summary

Orcrist is seeking a Director of Product to own the full product portfolio, including OIP and Civitas’ Sentinel, and to lead the product organisation. You will decide what to build, how to sequence work, and how to measure impact, in collaboration with engineers, government development teams and customers, reporting to the COO.

You will drive strategy, build a capable team, define success metrics, and navigate complex procurement cycles with enterprise and public-sector clients, while traveling

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, with complex technical products.
• Proven track record delivering from discovery to customer rollout with outcomes.
• Experience with B2B or GovTech procurement cycles and enterprise customers.
• Ability to make platform decisions with customer-specific implications.
• Excellent communication across hierarchy; comfortable traveling 10–20%.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and portfolio roadmap across all product lines.
• Build and lead the product organisation; hire and develop Product Managers.
• Define metrics and measurement logic to make product goals tangible.
• Lead discovery with government teams and customers; translate requirements into decisions.
• Prioritize among client, tender, and platform demands and defend decisions.
• Plan releases with Engineering and QA, balancing speed, quality, and platform capability.
• Monitor defence/technology trends and feed into strategy.
