Job summary

Magnet Forensics is seeking a Product Manager to own the Magnet One platform domain, influencing how organizations are modeled, how users are provisioned, and how access is controlled. You will work directly with multiple engineering teams and with customer administrators to shape the roadmap and delivery.

The role requires 4–6 years in product management for platform/B2B SaaS, plus a hands-on engineering background.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in product management for platform or enterprise SaaS.
• Hands-on engineering background with code and API contracts.
• Experience with identity and access management, multi-tenant models, or billing provisioning.
• Experience in enterprise or B2B SaaS with security review exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead account administration and permissions models across Magnet One.
• Collaborate with multiple engineering teams on design decisions.
• Gather feedback from customer administrators and translate into roadmap.
• Define success metrics like provisioning rates and time-to-first-login.
