The Cloud and Connectivity organization is seeking multiple Platform Operations Engineers to support enterprise Infrastructure and Cloud environments. Ideal candidates will maintain system stability, automate operational tasks, and ensure high availability for critical workloads, combining technical expertise with proactive problem-solving and operational excellence.
This role involves working with the latest public and private cloud IaaS services. Objectives include developing robust incident response capabilities, reducing effort in incident management, leading cross-platform change coordination, and improving infrastructure reliability through innovative design and observability. Mentorship and collaboration with global SMEs are also key responsibilities.

Compensation ranges from $63,750 to $145,200, depending on experience and location. Benefits include a 401(k), pension, health coverage, flexible spending, life insurance, and wellness programs. Compensation practices may change at Lilly’s discretion.
