Job summary

Bluespring Wealth Partners is seeking a Platform Operations Specialist to support day-to-day operations across Bluespring firms and assist with onboarding and process improvements.

You will track requests, maintain documentation, and prepare reports while collaborating with shared services and partner firms to ensure timely issue resolution and platform adoption. A 1–3 year background in operations or financial services is preferred.

• Familiarity with fintech CRM systems such as Redtail, Salesforce, Black Diamond, Orion or similar is preferred.
• Experience with project management tools or workflow platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with wealth management, RIA operations, or financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational documentation, procedures, and knowledge resources.
• Coordinate with shared services teams to support timely issue resolution.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates.
• Support new hire onboarding.
• Maintain operational trackers and reporting tools.
• Support data collection, validation, and reporting activities.
• Assist with testing and validation of operational processes and technology enhancements.
• Escalate issues and risks identified during day-to-day operations.
• Support partner firms in understanding and utilizing approved platform tools.
• Help develop training materials, guides, and resource documentation.
• Gather feedback from firms and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Promote consistent use of operational best practices.
