DCI Solutions in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Network Engineer to own and troubleshoot high-performance data center networking infrastructure. You will learn, support, and progressively develop expertise with BGP, VXLAN, Spine-Leaf, MCLAG, RoCEv2, and related technologies while collaborating with senior engineers.

Responsibilities include identifying performance trends, supporting AI workloads, and driving incident resolutions.

Formación

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Counter-intelligence polygraph.
• IAM Level II to satisfy DoD 8570 IAT requirements.
• Experience with data center networking and modern data center architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in documentation, monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting high-performance data center networking infrastructure.
• Learn, support, and progressively develop expertise with advanced networking technologies including BGP, ECMP, VXLAN, Spine-Leaf architectures, MCLAG, RoCEv2.
• Assist in identifying performance trends, capacity constraints, and emerging issues before they impact services.
• Partner with experienced engineers to deploy, optimize, and scale network infrastructure supporting AI and other demanding workloads.
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive issues to resolution.
• Participate in network upgrades, implementations, testing, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Continuously expand technical expertise through hands-on experience, mentorship, and training opportunities.
• Travel up to 20% as needed to support deployments, installations, maintenance activities, and operational support.

• Experience with monitoring, telemetry, observability, alerting, or performance management tools.
