Platform Loader Role & Responsibilities

• Move product from packaging lines to trailers or staging areas.
• Organize staging areas for efficient loading.
• Load products onto trailers, ensuring proper stacking and damage prevention.
• Remove out-of-code products, check date and price codes, and label accordingly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Support shipping employees and perform trailer checks.
• Complete paperwork accurately and neatly.
• Communicate with packaging staff for accurate product counts.

Safety & Sanitation

• Follow safety guidelines and report incidents.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow GMPs.

Requirements & Physical Demands

• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to lift/maneuver up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for long periods and reach high places.
• Move throughout the plant and perform quality checks.
