Job summary

Orion is seeking a Platform Integration Specialist - Onboarding PM to drive seamless client data integration and platform onboarding. You will optimize workflows, act as SME for custodial feeds and APIs, and collaborate with product and engineering to implement system enhancements.

The role expects leadership in managing complex escalations, guiding teams, and ensuring compliance with process documentation while supporting cross-department strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field is required.
• Six+ years of experience in onboarding, platform integration, or technical operations.
• Experience with custodial feeds or financial data integrations is preferred.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and data integration projects, optimizing workflows.
• Escalate and resolve complex client and system issues with confidence.
• Serve as SME for custodial feeds, API connections, and beta rollouts.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams on enhancements.
• Manage queue, tasks, and workload prioritization for team members.
• Mentor team members and drive trainings and knowledge sharing.
