Job summary

Orion, based in Utah, is seeking a Platform Integration Specialist - Onboarding PM to lead client data and platform integrations, optimize workflows, and act as a SME for complex integrations.

This hybrid position requires on-site presence three days per week at designated office locations. You will guide custodial feed integrations, APIs, and data mapping while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field is required.
• Minimum six years of experience in onboarding, platform integration, or technical operations.
• Experience with custodial feeds or similar financial data integrations preferred.
• Proven track record in process improvement, workflow optimization, and team leadership.
• Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration and system enhancement projects.
• Strong understanding of platform integrations, APIs, and data feed management.
• Analytical and technical problem-solving skills to optimize workflows.
• Expertise in project and queue management, prioritization, and delegation.
• Excellent client management skills, including handling escalations and complex issues.
• Proficiency with AI and automation tools to drive efficiency.
• Strategic thinking and cross-functional influence for decision-making.
• Strong communication and leadership for mentoring and training.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and translate into actionable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvements and workflow optimization across onboarding and integration projects.
• Manage escalated client situations and complex platform issues with confidence and professionalism.
• Act as SME for custodial feed integrations, API connections, and BETA rollouts.
• Collaborate with product, programming, and cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements.
• Oversee queue management, task assignments, and workload prioritization for team members.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client and technical needs.
• Implement AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in cross-departmental problem-solving groups and strategic initiatives.
• Support leadership by hosting team trainings, development sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Ensure 100% compliance with process documentation and SOPs.
