Job summary

Razor is seeking an IT Platform Infrastructure Engineer to support software, platform, security, and system integration efforts in line with new system requirements. The role includes configuring test and production environments and rolling out patches and baselines.

Responsibilities include managing VMware ESXi, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, NetApp NAS/SAN, and ensuring data integrity and system health while collaborating with software engineers and admins.

Qualifications

• Security certification required (Security+ or CISSP).
• Active Top Secret / SCI clearance required with ability to obtain CI Polygraph.
• U.S. citizenship required for clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate system integration efforts, including upgrading and managing virtual computer systems.
• Generate and evaluate alternative solution concepts and system architectures.
• Ensure reliable data flow by running system health checks to detect underlying system issues early.
• Integrate multiple system disciplines including networking, architecture, systems, software, and administration to support platform integration initiatives.
• Manage VMware ESXi virtualized platforms running Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• Manage NetApp NAS and SAN systems.
• Collaborate with software engineers and system administrators to identify and troubleshoot issues.
• Investigate data anomalies and server or file-system issues.
• Troubleshoot issues identified during regression testing and provide feedback to software engineers for resolution.
