Scale AI, Inc. is hiring a strong engineer to help build and scale our core infrastructure in a fast-paced environment. You will design multi-cloud solutions and implement integrations across cloud platforms, data environments, and APIs.

The role requires collaboration with platform, product, and customer teams to deliver scalable infrastructure and high-velocity experiments. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of engineering experience, hands-on with Kubernetes, and proficiency in Python or

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-time engineering experience.
• Experience scaling products at hyper-growth startups.
• Experience with LLMs, vector databases and AI tech.
• Proficient in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript and SQL.
• Experience with Kubernetes and major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Architect multi-cloud systems and abstractions for Scale GP.
• Implement custom integrations between Scale GP and customer data environments.
• Collaborate with platform, product teams and customers to build scalable infrastructure.
• Deliver experiments rapidly with high quality to engage customers.
• Work across the full product lifecycle from conceptualization to production.
• Be willing to learn new technologies quickly.
