Job summary

Trupanion, Inc. is seeking a Solutions & Platform Architect to lead Microsoft Identity, security and endpoint strategy in Seattle, WA. The role focuses on modernizing Active Directory, Entra, Intune and Zero Trust across the enterprise in a hybrid, in-office plus remote setting.

The candidate will partner with IT operations, security, compliance and business stakeholders to deliver the Microsoft platform roadmap and ensure secure, scalable identity governance and cloud-first endpoint management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years Microsoft infrastructure engineering
• 5+ years Microsoft identity engineering
• 5+ years Microsoft 365 administration and architecture
• 5+ years Intune and endpoint engineering
• Experience leading enterprise transformation programs
• Experience supporting regulated or compliance-driven environments

Responsibilities

• Lead identity modernization initiatives and Entra-first architecture.
• Drive authentication strategy including passwordless and Phishing-resistant methods.
• Design and implement Entra Cloud Sync and hybrid AD integrations.
• Govern identity lifecycle management and access governance.
• Develop and implement security and compliance controls across environments.
• Architect and migrate to Entra Join and Cloud Kerberos Trust.
