You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions and ensure reliability and performance across platforms. The role requires 8+ years in firmware/architecture, experience with BIOS/UEFI, USB-C/Power Delivery, and security firmware.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years in systems/firmware engineering or related area.
• 8+ years firmware development / architecture experience; BIOS/UEFI/Embedded systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of OS and system software.
• Monitor and optimize application performance; collaborate with developers on fixes.
• Drive performance, scalability, and resource efficiency of software systems.
• Lead multiple project teams through design, development, testing and integration of complex platforms.
• Guide relationships with internal/outsourced partners on software system design/development.
• Review designs for compliance with standards and provide feedback to improve quality.

Platform Firmware Architect**Description -**This role is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust and scalable software systems. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams, including software developers, system administrators, and project managers, to create solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructure and deliver value to end-users. The role ensures the efficiency, reliability, and performance of software systems.
