Qualifications

• 7+ years leading engineering teams or tech organizations.
• 5+ years delivering applications backed by AWS or cloud services.
• 3+ years designing or architecting scalable systems.
• 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
• Knowledge of SDLC practices, code reviews, and live-site operations.
• Experience partnering with product or program teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a technical team including projects, performance, and career development.
• Collaborate with Product to renew and communicate bold roadmaps.
• Clearly communicate roadmaps and decisions to team and stakeholders.
• Oversee scope definition and effort estimation for development work.
• Drive systems design, architecture, and scaling discussions.
• Influence industry standards and best practices.
