Job summary

NetDocuments in Lehi, Utah, is seeking a Manager, Software Engineering - Platform to shape long-term strategy for Transformers initiatives and lead distributed, cloud-based product development across Azure or AWS.

You will mentor engineers, drive roadmaps, and align technology with business priorities, presenting progress to senior leadership in business terms. Remote-US option with strong growth opportunities and impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in engineering management.
• Proven ability to lead multiple teams (7+ engineers) and deliver.
• Experience with distributed, cloud-based product development (Azure or AWS).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, microservices, and scalable architectures.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the long-term engineering strategy for Transformers initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product and Architecture leaders to translate customer needs into scalable solutions.
• Build and maintain a robust roadmap for the Transformers organization.
• Oversee delivery across multiple teams to ensure high-quality, on-time releases.
• Mentor engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of trust and continuous improvement.
