Job summary

DTN is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the Platform team building the foundational capabilities of the Operational Decisioning Platform (ODP). You will coach engineers, drive architectural decisions, and ensure secure, scalable services on AWS.

This hands-on leadership role combines people management with technical direction, owning APIs, SDKs, CLIs, and developer tooling, while aligning with architecture, product, and security requirements across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

8+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership roles.
Experience shipping and supporting production systems.
Proven ability to build healthy engineering culture.
Strong AWS cloud & multi-account architecture knowledge.
Experience with platform components APIs, SDKs, CLIs.
Ability to guide architectural tradeoffs and technical direction.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of platform engineers across experience levels.
Define platform architecture and technical direction with stakeholders.
Oversee APIs, SDKs, CLIs, and developer tooling development.
Ensure security, observability, and reliability of platform capabilities.
Drive developer experience and adoption of shared platform components.
Partner with Product to deliver milestones like a developer portal and documentation.
