Job summary
DTN is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the platform team building the core capabilities of our Operational Decisioning Platform. You will guide architecture, drive scalable AWS-based distributed systems, and partner with Architecture, Product, and Solutions teams to deliver secure, reliable, and reusable capabilities.
You will hire, mentor, and develop engineers across seniority levels, foster a healthy engineering culture, and drive platform adoption with strong observability
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience including leadership roles.
- Proven ability to hire, coach, mentor, and develop engineers across levels.
- Experience establishing an accountable, collaborative engineering culture.
- Ability to provide credible technical leadership while managing delivery and operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop platform engineers across experience levels, including hiring and performance management.
- Guide platform architecture and technical direction for secure, scalable cloud systems on AWS.
- Oversee development of APIs, SDKs, CLIs, tooling, and managed services for internal consumption.
- Drive platform adoption and developer experience through reusable components and documentation.
