Job summary

Clarity Innovations is seeking a Principal Platform Engineer to prototype infrastructure for cyberspace operations across cloud-native and on-prem environments. Qualifications

• TOP SECRET security clearance eligibility (US citizens only).
• BS in Computer Engineering, CS, Software Engineering, or 4 years of hands-on software experience.
• Able to work both collaboratively and independently.
• Thrives in a high-trust, adaptable team environment.
• Experience with CNCF tooling and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate delivery and deployment of operational capabilities.
• Participate in architectural discussions and lead Kubernetes-based GitOps deployments.
• Lead design and implementation of pipelines with Break-Build SATS and DAST.
• Ensure OCI hardening of container images lifecycle.
• Manage container signature lifecycle provenance.
• Communicate through design documents for new initiatives.
• Design scalable, secure cloud infrastructure aligned to product vision.
• Build and integrate automated testing into the codebase.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
