OneStream is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering for the Platform Development team. You will lead design, development, and evolution of the OneStream Platform and browser-based experiences, blending technical depth with strong people leadership.

You will guide teams across OLAP, distributed systems, web technologies, and SQL-based architectures, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security while driving AI-enabled improvements and a culture of continuous learning.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in software engineering for distributed systems.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams (manager of managers preferred).
• Strong web, backend, and scalable architecture expertise.
• Experience delivering enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Proven ability to drive technical and organizational transformation.
• Experience implementing AI enablement within engineering teams.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end delivery of platform components, from architecture to release.
• Lead design across distributed, multi-threaded, and web-based systems.
• Maintain hands-on engagement through reviews and debugging.
