Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, or related field and 5 years of software engineering experience OR 7 years of experience in software engineering.
• Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree in computer science or related area and 3 years of experience; WCAG accessibility knowledge is a plus.

• Provide software architectural consultation to engineering teams for scalable infrastructure and cloud-native architectures.
• Drive full software development lifecycle activities across multiple teams.
• Architect and implement AI-enhanced applications and intelligent systems for millions of users.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and measurable success metrics.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables through sound technical judgment and proactive issue resolution.
• Foster continuous improvement by integrating feedback and advancing engineering processes and tools.
