Stand Together is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead the engineering function for the Be The People platform. This role involves setting technical direction, managing the internal engineering team, and ensuring platform reliability through launch and beyond.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of software engineering experience with five or more years leading and managing engineering teams.
• Strong technical judgment across modern web, API, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.

• Oversee the internal engineering team and staff augmentation.
