Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced enterprise scheduler to configure, maintain, and support workload automation across multiple environments in a large corporate setting. You will partner with development and integration teams to onboard and validate scheduled workloads and ensure reliable batch processing.

The role emphasizes strong problem-solving, collaboration, and documentation skills, with a focus on best practices in scheduling standards and incident resolution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training, education, and relevant experience.
3+ years of experience supporting enterprise scheduling, workload automation, production operations, application support, or related IT operations.
Experience with Control-M strongly preferred.
Experience with comparable tools such as Autosys, Tidal, Redwood, Stonebranch, UC4/Automic, Dollar Universe, or similar technologies.
Understanding of job scheduling, workflow orchestration, batch processing, job dependencies, triggers, calendars, and execution monitoring.
Experience supporting production applications and operational processes in a large enterprise environment.
Ability to investigate workload failures and coordinate resolution with technical support and development teams.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
Ability to learn new technologies and operational processes.
Experience documenting procedures, standards, and support processes.
Familiarity with IT operations, incident management, change management, or production support practices preferred.

Responsibilities
