Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Platform Engineer to design and run scalable Kubernetes-based internal platforms. You will bridge infrastructure and development to help teams deploy and scale apps rapidly, while maintaining reliability and security.

You will own Kubernetes operations, Helm charts, Terraform IaC, and GitOps workflows with ArgoCD, collaborating with global teams to enforce platform standards and secure, scalable deployments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Proven expertise in designing and managing production-grade Kubernetes clusters.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools, specifically Terraform and Helm.
• Hands-on experience implementing GitOps workflows using ArgoCD.
• Deep understanding of Linux systems, container networking, and cloud-native security.
• Strong background in building and maintaining internal developer platforms at scale.
