Wintermeyer Ventures is seeking a platform-focused, full-stack engineer to help build core capabilities and foundations for an AI-powered research platform. You will contribute to product features, distributed systems, and developer tooling while collaborating with product and design teams.

Qualifications

• Two to eight years of experience as a full-stack or platform engineer.
• Strong TypeScript skills and hands-on experience with distributed systems.
• Experience building platform systems or product features from the ground up in a fast-growing, early-stage company.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a highly regarded university.
• Collaborative engineering team experience and ability to work in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Build analysis and insights features, including chat functionality within the platform.
• Develop recruitment and incentive tools for self-service workflows, including participant lists and panels.
• Contribute to the platform's product experience, overall design, and design systems.
• Partner with product and design teams on product-focused initiatives.
• Build and improve platform capabilities, including distributed systems and APIs.
