Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Platform Engineer in the Global Technical Services team, remote to India. You will own roadmap and design for integrations and Vault Platform tools, manage deployments, monitoring, and incident resolution, and support CSV for 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11.

Collaborate with Services and Product, ensure customer success, and translate business needs into scalable technical designs.

Qualifications

5+ years in SDLC with Java, SQL and REST APIs
Experience with Spring, Maven and AWS
Ability to design solutions for Life Sciences, integrating with Quality, Regulatory and Safety systems
3+ years of customer-facing technical consulting
Experience with AI-powered development tools or CLI assistants

Responsibilities

Represent Global Technical Services across multiple workstreams.
Develop tools to assist customers and consultants with integrations and migrations.
Own roadmap, release planning and lifecycle for the tools.
Design and implement cloud-based integrations using REST APIs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical design.
Gather requirements to support business processes and translate to design.
