enGen seeks a Platform Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise cloud platforms, databases, and services. You will blend platform engineering with cloud operations, automation, and security to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.

The role requires deep experience with Oracle/OCI environments, complex system design, and collaboration across business units. Office-based in the United States with opportunities to advance in a fast-paced IT environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or closely related field required.
• 3 years of experience in an IT discipline required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• OCI and cloud platform certifications are preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic consultation to business customers in defining processes and enabling technologies.
• Design and specify large systems and architectures, and translate requirements into detailed designs.
• Communicate across all organizational levels and manage customer expectations.
• Lead improvement programs and drive measurable business benefits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture, standards and security controls.
• Assist in planning customer walkthroughs, problem resolution and decision making.
• Mentor peers and provide ad-hoc training on architecture practices.
