Job summary

enGen is seeking a Platform Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise cloud platforms, integrations, databases, and application services. The role combines platform engineering, cloud operations, automation, security, and development to deliver secure, scalable solutions essential for business objectives.

Required: 3 years IT experience and a Bachelor's in IT or related field. Oracle Cloud experience and strong DevOps skills are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or closely related field.
3 years of experience in an IT discipline.
Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic consultation to business customers in defining or designing business processes, functions and organizational structures.
Specifies and designs large or complex systems, solutions, networks, infrastructure elements, or processes.
Identifies and leads significant improvement programs to achieve measurable business benefits.
Ensures resolution of architecture and business problems and communicates with all levels of the organization.
Leads customer walkthroughs, plans, and problem resolution discussions.
Interacts with departments to interpret complex requirements for peers and staff.
Maintains knowledge of technical aspects and provides guidance on applications.
