Job summary

enGen is seeking a Platform Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise cloud platforms, databases, and application services. The role blends platform engineering, cloud operations, automation, and security to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.

You will collaborate across teams to define architectures, implement IaC, and help drive DevOps practices in an Oracle/OCI environment while ensuring regulatory and security requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or closely related field.
• 3 years of experience in an IT discipline.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation to business customers on processes and enabling technologies.
• Design and review complex system architectures and ensure appropriate technology selection.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements and lead improvement programs.
• Interact with multiple departments to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead peers and provide guidance on architecture and best practices.
