Job summary

OnePay is building a unified consumer fintech platform powering banking, savings, cards, lending, investing and crypto. As a Platform Engineer on the Builder Experience Team, you will create core platform services and developer frameworks for large-scale, distributed systems powering intelligent, agent-driven applications.

You will design and operate platform services, develop internal tooling, and evolve frameworks to accelerate engineering velocity.

Qualifications

• 2-9 years of software engineering experience in fintech, cloud infra, or large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience building developer platforms or internal tooling to accelerate engineering.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems with high availability and async processing.
• Production AWS cloud experience and cloud-native infra.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate platform-oriented core services for high-scale distributed systems.
• Develop internal tooling and shared infrastructure to improve velocity and observability.
• Build and evolve frameworks for agentic apps and automated workflows across products.
• Drive CI/CD enhancements to speed deployments with reliability and confidence.
