Job summary

Wispr is seeking an experienced Android engineer to own the reliability and foundations of Flow on Android. You will address platform-specific challenges, improve observability, and unify the device ecosystem to enable the broader mobile team to build durable experiences.

You should have deep production Android experience, a strong understanding of the Android platform, and a track record of solving fragmentation challenges while pushing toward high 99.99% reliability.

• Experience solving problems related to device fragmentation and manufacturer-specific behavior.
• Ability to think in systems and solve problems at their root.
• Track record of improving reliability through instrumentation, testing, or diagnostics.

About Wispr

About the role

You’ll own the foundations that make Wispr's products reliable on Android. You’ll solve platform-specific problems, improve observability, and turn a fragmented device ecosystem into durable systems the broader mobile team can build on.
