Job summary

Orison Solutions LLC in Indiana is seeking an IT Operations professional to monitor AI platform services on Red Hat OpenShift and on-prem infrastructure. You will handle first-level incident detection, troubleshooting, recovery, and escalate to L2/L3 as needed.

You will routinely monitor dashboards, run basic Linux/network checks, review logs, and follow SOPs/runbooks to ensure reliable service. Collaboration with infrastructure, network, and application teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT operations or application support.
• Experience with Linux, networking (IP, DNS, ports), and basic troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes/OpenShift environments and incident handling.

Responsibilities

• Monitor dashboards, alerts, and operational mailboxes.
• Perform Linux, network, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Check Kubernetes/OpenShift nodes, pods, deployments, and services.
• Review logs and identify common issues.
