Job summary

Orison Solutions LLC in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking an Operations Engineer to monitor and support AI platform services running on Red Hat OpenShift and on-premise infrastructure. You will handle first-level incident detection, troubleshooting, recovery procedures, and escalation to L2/L3 teams.

You will monitor dashboards and alerts, perform basic Linux, network, and connectivity troubleshooting, review logs, and run GitOps-based recovery procedures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations or support.
• Experience with Linux basics, networking, and incident handling.
• Experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and escalate issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor dashboards, alerts, and operational mailboxes.
• Perform basic Linux, network, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Check Kubernetes/OpenShift nodes, pods, deployments, services.
• Review logs and identify common issues.
• Execute SOPs, runbooks, and GitOps-based recovery procedures.
• Create incident tickets and maintain accurate shift handovers.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, network, platform, and application teams.
