Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain business applications, internal tools, and customer‑facing solutions.
• Assist teams and stakeholders in developing applications using AI‑assisted development tools.
• Review, validate, and improve AI‑generated code before deployment.
• Establish standards and best practices for AI‑assisted software development.
• Create and maintain code review, testing, and deployment processes.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Support application deployments across cloud and on‑premises environments.
• Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, and deployment issues.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and business teams to deliver solutions quickly and safely.
• Document development standards, deployment procedures, and operational processes.
• Evaluate emerging AI development tools and recommend best practices for adoption.
• Help establish a scalable framework for application development across the organization.

• Experience managing containerized AI workloads in resource‑constrained environments.
• Experience building and deploying production applications.
• Comfortable reviewing, refactoring, and validating code written by others.
• Understanding software architecture, application lifecycle management, and development best practices.
• Familiarity with DevOps principles and deployment automation.
• Ability to balance rapid delivery with maintainability and security.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
