Job summary

Aptino, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Platform Engineer to lead Java full-stack development, solution architecture, and AI engineering within the CPS PEArch team.

You will design scalable, secure platform solutions using Java/Spring Boot microservices and modern UI with React/Angular, integrated on cloud-native platforms. You will own end-to-end SDLC, collaborate with engineering, SRE, and cybersecurity teams, and drive innovation through AI technologies, including GenAI, LLMs, and AI agents, while

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and REST APIs.
• Experience in Solution Architecture and defining reusable architecture patterns.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and IaC.
• Practical knowledge of AI/GenAI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and intelligent automation.
• Experience with distributed systems, Kafka, API gateways, and database integrations.
• Strong focus on security, scalability, high availability, resilience, and observability.
• End-to-end SDLC ownership including development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Job description

We are seeking a hands-on Platform Engineer with strong Java Full Stack development, Solution Architecture, and AI Engineering experience to join our CPS PEArch team.

The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure, and resilient platform solutions, combining hands‑on software engineering with architecture leadership. The role involves building Java/Spring Boot microservices, modern UI applications using React/Angular, cloud‑native platforms, APIs, and AI‑powered automation.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Strong hands‑on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React/Angular, and REST APIs.
• Proven experience in Solution Architecture, system design, and defining reusable architecture patterns.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Practical knowledge of AI/GenAI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and intelligent automation.
• Experience with distributed systems, Kafka/MQ, API gateways, and database integrations.
• Strong understanding of application security, scalability, high availability, resilience, and observability.
• Ownership of end‑to‑end SDLC, including development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, architecture, SRE, and cybersecurity teams.

Preferred:

Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Wealth Management, along with exposure to MCP, vector databases, and AI agent orchestration.
