Qualifications

• Define and evolve the platform design-system roadmap aligned with product goals and enterprise guidance.
• Champion adoption of tokens, components, and patterns across platform teams.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, product, and accessibility stakeholders to meet user needs.
• Maintain governance models and scalable contribution workflows for the platform.
