Job summary
HP, Inc. in Austin, TX, seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and success of software products and features.
You will formulate strategies and meticulous software plans for HP's platforms and technologies, recruiting and mentoring a high-performing team of product managers and product marketers. You will lead cross-functional teams through agile processes, partner with senior stakeholders, translate needs into requirements, and work with engineering and marketing to launch
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS, software engineering, information systems, or related field.
- Typically 10+ years of work experience in product management, digital or software product development, or related field.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

- Plays a leadership role and drives the progress of the product management function.
- Leads cross-functional teams through agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Monitors competitive market to determine client needs for certain product improvements.
- Strategically partners with key senior stakeholders to understand needs and priorities.
- Recommends product requirements and definitions to align with stakeholder's needs.
- Collaborates with the software engineering team on feature ideas and prototypes to bring potential solutions to life.
- Advises key stakeholders on the portfolio strategy across all phases of the lifecycle.
- Tracks and reports key metrics to drive future product developments.
- Collaborates with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product launch plans, and marketing collateral.
- Demonstrates process improvement and project management experience, preferably with the implementation of large projects.

The pay range for this role is $147,050 to $230,850 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
