Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Experience as CFO of an operating company or head of finance.
• Multi-entity, multi-state enterprise finance background.
• Experience with private equity-backed platforms and leveraged structures.

Responsibilities

• Trusted advisor to CEO, Board and investors on financial strategy and risk.
• Plan long-term financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and capital allocation.
• Identify and drive platform value creation levers and M&A opportunities.
• Prepare concise board and investor reporting and diligence materials.
