Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in STEM or related scientific areas.
Master's degree in STEM or related scientific areas preferred.
20+ years with Bachelor's or 18 years with Master's.
Proven track record in aerospace hardware development and leadership.
Experience managing multiple multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the Platform Avionics Hardware Team, overseeing program execution, development, qualification, verification and operations.
Support Systems Architecture for Arrow satellite platform development, including requirements flowdown and system trades.
Drive cross-functional planning, coordination and execution; mentor engineers and grow the team.
Provide autonomous solutions to complex problems under the Platform Avionics Director; manage projects and SME responsibilities.
