The role requires extensive experience in software and avionics, with leadership over multi-disciplinary teams, and capability to interact with external customers and internal program managers. US citizenship and DoD clearance are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• Minimum: 25 years with a Bachelor's degree or 20 years with a Master's degree.
• Experience leading avionics/software teams across multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Platform Avionics Department, focusing on program execution, capabilities development, personnel growth, process development, and cross-functional coordination.
• Support Systems Architecture for Arrow satellite platform development, including requirements, trade studies, and design inputs.
• Perform system engineering activities to build and evolve Airbus spacecraft products and develop roadmaps.
