Job summary

Chubb is seeking a visionary Technical Lead for the Digital Enablement Platform to architect scalable, high-performing applications and guide a distributed team of full-stack engineers. You will shape the technical direction, partner with business stakeholders, and ensure architectural integrity across the platform.

You will drive end-to-end development, collaborate on product roadmaps, and promote best-in-class engineering practices while delivering impactful insurance technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10+ years of technical or business experience with process disciplines.
• Strong API development and cloud experience (Azure).
• Experience leading large digital transformation programs using Microsoft stack.
• Insurance industry knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end solution development and platform performance.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Domain Leads on roadmap.
• Lead design discussions and engineering solutions for complex issues.
• Improve development efficiency and processes across teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver features and API backends.
• Mentor distributed teams and ensure compliance with standards.
• Troubleshoot and optimize web applications for performance.
• Guide rapid iterations in feature squads.
