CentralReach is seeking a Principal Platform Engineer to define and advance cloud platform capabilities that enable secure, reliable, and scalable product delivery. You will partner with Platform Engineering, Software Engineering, and architecture forums to modernize legacy systems and strengthen reliability practices.

Qualifications
- 10+ years building and operating mission-critical platforms.
- Principal-level architecture judgment across scalability, reliability, security, observability.
- Advanced AWS expertise across compute, networking, storage, identity, containers, serverless, messaging, data, observability.
- Hands-on with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, Kubernetes, GitOps, ArgoCD, deployment automation.
- Mentor senior engineers and influence architecture and standards.
- Strong collaboration across platform, software engineering, and architecture forums.
Responsibilities
- Define technical vision for secure, resilient cloud platform services.
- Lead modernization of legacy infrastructure toward service-based deployments.
- Establish platform reliability practices including SLOs and incident response.
- Improve delivery with safer deployments and stronger security controls.
- Enhance developer experience with tooling and self-service capabilities.
- Mentor engineers and raise technical standards.
