Job summary

Slalom is seeking a seasoned Architect to lead cloud platform initiatives in Columbus, OH, spanning AWS/Azure/GCP. You will build IaC, automate pipelines, and establish governance across large enterprise programs.

The role emphasizes mentoring teams on DevOps, SRE, and cloud-native practices while partnering with security and architecture teams to accelerate delivery. You will design scalable cloud solutions, implement security controls, observability, and governance, and drive modernization

Qualifications

• Experience designing and operating enterprise-scale cloud platforms in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong background in DevOps, Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, CI/CD, containerization, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with scripting and automation using Python.
• Knowledge of cloud security, networking, monitoring, reliability engineering, and governance frameworks.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to engineering and business stakeholders.
• Experience using GenAI tools to accelerate work.
• Consulting mindset with problem-solving, collaboration, and client engagement skills.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for Senior Consultant is $118,000 to $63,000. The targeted base salary pay range for Principal is $145,000 to $200,000. I n addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus . Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
