Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Manager/Solution Architect for its Industrial Data Operations (IDO) practice in Grand Rapids, MI. You will lead platform-agnostic industrial data architecture across OT, edge, and enterprise environments, shaping UNS design and ISA-95 asset models while guiding client conversations at VP and Director levels.

The role combines hands-on architecture with delivery guidance, including Cognite Data Fusion engagements, and requires strong OT-to-IT translation, plant-floor

Qualifications

• 8+ years in controls/automation engineering or OT integration.
• 5+ years leading OT/edge/enterprise architecture efforts.
• Experience with vendor or systems integrator projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead foundation advisory and implementation workstreams for industrial data.
• Define OT-up architecture and UNS design for multiple environments.
• Translate plant-floor realities into architecture decisions.
