- Inspection of the part before, during, and after processing
- Operate all machinery and instruments necessary for the job, including routine maintenance. Fork truck training available for designated employees.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Locate and understand relevant Quality system documentation in the FPC computer system.
- Perform steps defined in the FPC ROUTER, follow FPC procedures for filling out routers, correct input mistakes, and notify superiors of all router-related issues.
- Process parts independently with minimal supervision.
- Handle parts carefully to avoid damage and protect the parts from damage.

- Follow procedures in the FPC ROUTER, correct input errors, and notify supervisors of issues
- Process parts with little supervision
- Handle parts carefully to prevent damage
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read process travelers and complete operation documentation
- Basic cleaning skills
- Assist trained operators as a helper
- Follow verbal and written instructions
- Use basic hand tools such as wrenches and clamps
- Lift/move up to 50 lbs.
- Work under direct supervision
