Salary: $3,658 - $8,175 monthly

Position Description:
Under general direction of and in conjunction with the Food & Beverage Director, Luskin Conference Center (LCC) and the Senior Food & Beverage Director, the Restaurant Manager ensures the efficient operation and profitability of the restaurant while providing team leadership in all aspects of meal preparation and customer service for Plateia Restaurant. This role will supervise all operational functions and staff within the restaurant, as well as support the bar manager in the serving of alcoholic beverages. Incumbent will supervise managerial, career and student staff and maintains fiduciary control of the department budget.

Ensure that friendly customer service, quality food and good presentation are provided; maintain a positive image and good customer relations at all levels; maintain positive relations with team members; coordinate production, scheduling, training, communications and general operations. Must independently prioritize tasks and duties in order to achieve the departmental strategic goals and profitability. Interact with team members and guests in a high-volume dining environment. Execute other functions and responsibilities as assigned by management.
