Job summary

Belmark Inc. in De Pere, Wisconsin, is seeking an operator to mount plates onto cylinders, wash and file plates, and support press operations in a fast-paced packaging production environment. You will follow safety procedures, maintain cleanliness, and help ensure presses run smoothly with accurate job setup.

PM shift earns $23-$25 per hour plus $2 shift differential; a full benefits package is provided. Pre-employment drug test and background check required; high school diploma and ability to

Qualifications

• Requires education equivalent to two years of high school
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow simple written and oral instructions
• Knowledge of the English language
• Ability to operate a computer
• Ability to meet deadlines; overtime may be required
• Ability to stand and walk for 90% of work time; ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and contribute to a food safety culture by adhering to Safe Quality Foods requirements
• Mount plates accurately onto cylinders and rewind positions
• Wash and file plates according to job numbers
• Maintain cleanliness of plate wash and mounting areas
• Support presses to keep downtime minimal to ensure continuous operation
• May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
