Job summary

A leading aluminum manufacturing company in Ravenswood, West Virginia, seeks a Plate Engineering Lead to drive project execution and engineering oversight within the Maintenance groups. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or 10 years work experience in Maintenance, Engineering, and/or Reliability.
• Working knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil Engineering disciplines.
• Strong background in industrial automation including PLCs and HMI systems.

Responsibilities

• Safely execute projects on schedule and on budget.
• Develop and maintain the overall APU capital plan.
• Ensure execution of projects meets Plant Engineering Standards.
• Supervision and training of subordinates for development and KPI improvements.
