Job summary

Griffin Associates in Alabama seeks an Assembly / Machine Operator to join our fast-paced production team. This role requires attention to quality, strong work ethic, and the ability to stand 8–10 hours and lift up to 45 lbs.

Shifts: 1st 8am–4pm, 2nd 4pm–12am, 3rd 12am–8am. 8-hour shifts Mon–Fri. 6-month raises and several bonuses yearly; no Sundays.

Must have HS diploma or GED and pass background check; PPE: jeans, T-shirt, capris, full shoe (no steel toes). Tours provided.
