Responsible for the execution of product and process improvement projects, product quality resolution, product scale‑up, process troubleshooting, new equipment installation/testing, development and implementation of innovative and competitive product designs, materials, systems, and processes, as well as process validation.
Overnight Travel - sporadic - required.

The expected starting pay for this role is between $76,200.00 - $104,800.00 per year. Within this range, an offer will depend on factors such as level of experience and technical competencies relevant to this specific role, as well as internal equity considerations. In addition to base pay, all team members are bonus eligible.
