Plastics Blow Mold Mechanic - 2nd or 3rd Shift

Position Summary

This role involves performing job duties under the guidance of the Plant Manager & Shift Supervisor, with responsibilities including machine performance and productivity management.

Primary Responsibilities

• Willingness to train on 1st shift, then work assigned 2nd or 3rd shift
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently, perform changeovers, and assist in quality checks
• Maintain proper documentation, logs, and records
• Perform machine calibrations, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with management on tooling and material standards
• Assist with inventory management, sampling, and housekeeping duties
• Support other shifts and roles as needed

Experience & Education

• Must possess comprehensive mechanical tools
• Willingness to train on basic mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical skills
• Ability to discern flaws visually in containers

Physical Requirements

Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, lift 75-100 pounds, and perform physically demanding tasks.
